In January 2021, KBM Kollagen und Biomaterialien für Medizinprodukte was established as a spin-off of GfN Herstellung von Naturextrakten GmbH. As part of the renowned GfN company, we have been familiar with the manufacture of premium quality, native collagen for the cosmetics industry since 1983. Our innovative production methods enable us to offer native collagen of outstanding quality for a great variety of cosmetic and medical applications.

What makes KBM so special?
We use synergies in order to make premium quality native collagen available to research and development as well as to the medical device market. Since our foundation on 21 January 2021, we have successfully completed the production of medical grade collagen (UniColl®). UniColl® is a multipotent basic building block for various applications including research, technology, design & development, and medical device production. UniColl® is available in specialized product variations enabling the user to target different application needs.
